RCMS Group Adds Ashish Mistry as Vice President

Veteran Entrepreneur to Lead Company's Expansion Efforts

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 10, 2006 -- RCMS Group, a leading services provider to the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Building Products Manufacturer community, announced today that Ashish Mistry has joined their leadership team and Board of Directors. In his new role as Vice President, Mistry will oversee Corporate and Business Development efforts in addition to managing the company's marketing organization.

The addition of Mistry to the RCMS team helps to enhance the company's customer facing efforts while adding seasoned management and entrepreneurial experience to this rapidly growing organization.

A veteran of early-stage ventures, Mistry most recently served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). Prior to joining ATDC, he served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for AirDefense, Inc., a manufacturer of wireless security software products. Mistry's background in the services arena stems from his time as a founder of Virtex Networks, a venture backed managed service provider which was acquired by Leapfrog Services in 2001.

Mistry is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He serves on the Board of Directors and as President of the Atlanta CEO Council in addition to being involved with several other community organizations.
