HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - September 10, 2009) - RCN continues to lead the way in offering Hispanic customers with more customized Spanish-content themed channel packages with the announcement today of its new El Paquetón, a package that offers more than 100 English channels (including High Definition) plus up to 39 Spanish channels in Boston, Chicago, D.C., New York, and Philadelphia, for only $35 per month.

MiVisión Plus has the same robust channel offering as the current MiVisión package and the price remains the same at $22.95/mo. MiVisión Lite is a new package created for people who want great Spanish-language programming but at a lower price. MiVisión Lite is only $12.00/mo and does not contain ESPN Deportes and Gol TV. These two MiVisión packages are additions to a subscriber's core video package.

El Paquetón is designed for those customers who are interested in getting a diversity of English and Spanish programming for one low price of $35/mo. It contains MiVisión Lite as well as over 100 English channels including HD in one package for only $35/mo.
