RE/MAX Alliance Announces Opening of New Boutique Office

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - December 11, 2015) - There's something about Olde Town that excites Arvada and its surrounding residents. Maybe it's the plethora of wonderful local restaurants and shopping venues; maybe it's the festivals held in Olde Town throughout the summer, or maybe it's the beautifully restored homes in the nearby neighborhoods.

One thing is certain -- Olde Town Arvada definitely has its own special atmosphere that makes it a very attractive place to live.

Which is why local real estate brokerage, RE/MAX Alliance, chose this unique and vibrant location to open its 22nd office. Located at 7425 Grandview Avenue, the new location officially opened for business in late November.

Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Alliance, Chad Ochsner, said he is thrilled about the opening of this new "boutique" office in the heart of Olde Town Arvada.

"This boutique office will further enhance our number one market share position in the city, something RE/MAX Alliance has proudly maintained for over 25 years," Ochsner said.

"We wanted to be right where the action is, and Olde Town Arvada is THE place!" said Phil Shell, Managing Broker and partner of the new location.

"The opening of the Gold light rail line in the summer of 2016, along with the massive parking and festival complex directly across the street on Grandview will give our associates the added exposure and modern image that many of today's Brokers are desiring. By being in Olde Town, their ability to reach their buyers and sellers in a different manner is very appealing. We have already had more walk-in clients than we ever imagined," Shell added.

RE/MAX Alliance will actively be involved in all of the events, festivals and activities in Olde Town and their Brokers are excited about the connections they are making with the Olde Town merchants and community.

In addition to the highly visible nature of the location, the building itself holds a special history with Olde Town Arvada.

Shell said that in doing some research about the location and the building, they discovered the building's previous owners were deeded the land for the building by Mary Wadsworth, who was one of the founding families of Arvada, and for which the popular Wadsworth Boulevard in Arvada were named after.

With the addition of this new office, Shell anticipates that this location will continue to attract some of the most productive Brokers in the area, and plans to grow the office.
