As you look around the office at all the desks vacated by holiday-making colleagues, don't despair! They may be off sunning themselves abroad or chilling out at home with the kids, but that doesn't mean you can't have a little bit of fun on a Friday afternoon in your break playing BLP's Revolution Game!

Last December BLP launched its first online game to unsuspecting building, construction and project managers and insurance traders whose Friday lunch seemed to be inexplicably extended into Wednesday tea time! And now there are similar signs stirring as BLP's new and improved version of the popular shooting game works its way around offices across the country.

Our plucky little revolutionary hero is back with a vengeance and still relying on you to help him defend his position to save him from the marauding hoard – but this time there are extra obstacles to overcome and more prizes to be won!.

Once again, the player at the top of the leaderboard when the competition closes will win their place aboard the Lady Daphne for a fun-filled shooting day. But don't worry if your gaming skills aren't quite up to scratch, as this time another lucky registered player will be chosen at random, regardless of their score.

The winners will enjoy a day sailing down the Thames under Tower Bridge, before mooring for lunch to shoot some real guns off the back of the boat in a clay pigeon shoot over the Thames Estuary. So if you like the sound of firing a musket and a blunderbuss, why not join the BLP revolution now and give it a go!?

BLP's Business Development Manager, Brian Kilroy, explains: "Our second game is a bit harder than the first one, so hopefully people will enjoy it and we are looking forward to another great shooting event with the winners."

Notes for editors:

BLP offers an innovative, revolutionary approach to defects insurance for new buildings and refurbishments in commercial and mixed schemes as their policies give clients not only what they want, but what they need.

Unlike traditional new homes warranties, BLP's insurance covers the building – not the developer – and does not ask developers to pay up front registration fees, ongoing membership fees, bonds, guarantees or deposits.

For claims, only proof of damage is required not proof of liability. BLP's cover is approved by the majority of British mortgage lenders.

BLP has long standing relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, housing associations and professionals to the building, pension and insurance sectors. Some of their clients are: Land Securities Plc, Catalyst Communities Housing Association Ltd, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Newlon Housing Trust, Prime Development Plc, Breyer Group Plc, Clarendon Homes Ltd, Concept Construction Services Ltd, Keyside Properties Ltd and Seagrave Developments Ltd.

BLP (Building LifePlans Limited) was incorporated in 1999 and is a subsidiary of Thomas Miller. It is regulated by the FSA and backed by Allianz Global Corporate & Speciality AG (UK branch) which has an AA insurer star rating.
