ERA Real Estate and RealBiz Media Launch Industry-First Property Video Microsites Fully Customizable Branded Tool Works Across All Platforms to Boost SEO

MADISON, NJ (June 13, 2013) - ERA Real Estate, an innovative leader in real estate franchising, and RealBiz Media Group Inc., a leading technology provider of real estate marketing, have collaborated to produce a consumer-focused video player for real estate listings that increases online visibility for each property. ERA Real Estate is the first franchise to deploy an automated system to create and host property videos and branded microsites for every qualifying listing in its system.

The next evolution in online property marketing, this solution creates fully interactive free-standing video microsites that are optimized to drive SEO to both the brand and the broker equally by giving visitors the ability to gain more information from the site. Unlike static property videos, ERA's solution offers consumers the ability to view property details and to interact with the microsite via functions such as click to call, view similar properties, view all of the agent's listings and request more information.

The microsites are integrated into ERA Real Estate's national website,, on which all qualified property listings are hosted. A prominent video tab on the property listing page links visitors to a unique micro-site that is both web and mobile optimized.

The tool complements ERA Real Estate's existing property listing and link building strategy by back-linking traffic from each property micro-site to the local agent/broker sites, property detail pages, similar listings and the ERA YouTube channel.

Real Biz Media Group, Inc. automatically generates property video microsites with their own unique URL for each qualified property listing and emails the link to the listing agent; when agents update listings, the micro-site automatically updates on the fly, creating a seamless marketing asset that can be promoted and shared across all online and social platforms.

In addition to backlinks, meta tags and keywords for each property video are generated, all of which combine to create significant search engine optimization to increase property search rankings and drive qualified lead generation.
