TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 23, 2011) - RealCap Holdings Limited reports that it has refiled its First Quarter Interim Report, as well as two new Interim Certificates on Form 52-109F2R, Certification of Refiled Interim Filings.

The refiled Interim Financial Report includes a Notice indicating that the Interim Financial Report has not been reviewed by an Auditor and also includes a consolidated statement of changes in equity.
