Rebuilding Together Manchester and Lowe's Open New Doors and Windows for Low Income Families

MANCHESTER, CT--(Marketwire - May 8, 2008) -

WHAT:   Rebuilding Together Manchester, Lowe's and community volunteers
        will replace windows and doors for low-income homeowners in the
        Manchester community.  Lowe's provided $35,000 in funding for the
        event and hopes the installation of windows and doors will greatly
        increase the energy efficiency of homes.

        Lowe's also provided funding for Rebuilding Together Manchester to
        develop a window installation manual for the Rebuilding Together
        affiliate network.  Lowe's is a national sponsor of Rebuilding
        Together and has contributed a total of $2 million over the last
        two years.
