Recapture of Inmate from Saskatchewan Penitentiary-Minimum Security Unit

At approximately 7:53 p.m. on October 18, 2015 inmate Hector Thomas Bird who had been unlawfully at large since 9:30 p.m. October 5, 2015 was apprehended by the Montreal Lake R.C.M.P.
