Recapture of Inmate from Stan Daniels Healing Centre

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Sept. 20, 2016) - Correctional Service Canada

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on September 19, 2016 inmate Garrett Leland Blackman was apprehended by the Cold Lake Detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

This inmate had been unlawfully at large from Stan Daniels Healing Centre,since August 12, 2016.

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
