Record Breaking Year for Elite Media…2016 to Be Even Bigger

MILWAUKEE, WI--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2015) - For Elite Media Communications Inc, the goal for 2015 was simple: to grow. However, what Elite Media has done in 2015 has been nothing less than remarkable en-route to surpassing most of its initial goals set by company President & Chief Executive Officer Leigh Jackson. "My primary focus on a daily basis is to always make sure I'm doing everything I can to put my staff in situations that will allow them to grow and reach their personal goals. When this happens, we are able to execute and reach our goals as a company," said Jackson. In just the fourth quarter alone, the company was able to promote Clifton Neal III in to management, and partner Neal with one of its newest and hottest cellular companies this year.

The year started off steady for Elite Media. In the beginning of the year, the company was only able to offer video services from one of the largest telecommunications providers on the planet. In August, that company merged (agreeing in principle to a $49 billion buyout) with another Fortune 50 company, to become the sixth largest company in the world present day. Almost overnight, Elite Media began offering internet and telephone services in a majority of its retail locations instead of just video. The new acquisition was also great because of the extra capital the staff can now take advantage of earning from being able to sell additional products.

Just when the company thought it reached its full potential…even more growth occurred. Two brand new retail locations that are expected to gross well over $150 million annually sought out Elite Media to have them offer video services in their stores daily. They had been so impressed by the compliance and production by Elite Media's presence in some of their other franchised locations, that they were elated to offer more opportunity for growth. What's more exciting is that the chain in which these companies are a part of, according to a Forbes magazine recent report, landed in top 10 in the world. Elite Media also ventured in to more unchartered territory by being able to offer wireless communications as well, in another one of the largest retail stores in the international market place. Not only did the company venture, it also went 11 weeks straight holding down the number one office in the nation in its category. The success and hard work humbly landed Elite Media numerous awards at its partner company's retreat in the Bahamas at the Atlantis Resort (in which Elite Media flew and paid for several employees to attend), and also at another awards ceremony in Newport, CA.

Company Vice President & Chief Operations Officer Brandie Jackson was very excited to speak on the company's accomplishments. "This year has been amazing. We've grown in store count, promoted people in to management, all while celebrating five successful years in business in a tough economy, which is very hard to do. Our hard work and determination has catapulted us in to becoming a premier marketing firm not just in the mid-west, but in the country. More important, our human resources team is doing the best it's ever been with the addition of Meagan Boyer. She brings a lot of vibrant to our building. She's already received a nice promotion and the future is very bright for her, said Jackson."

So what's in store for Elite Media for 2016? "More growth," said President Leigh Jackson. "In the last six weeks we've promoted four people to account manager, one person to assistant manager, and the company is flying. The staff is really raising the bar, and I love it. When I think about 2016, I'm overzealous. I'm excited about the new talent that will be applying to our company, developing our current talent, and promoting more individuals to management than ever before," said Jackson.
