The annual meeting will be held in Carlsbad, CA on Thursday, May 26th, 2016. Meeting details will be issued to shareholders via direct mail shortly.

Only AppTech shareholders of record as shown on AppTech's register of members as of the close of business on Monday, May 16^th, 2016, are entitled to notice of, the annual meeting or any adjournment thereof.
