Record Date for Special General Meeting of Shareholders

(OTC: APCX) announces that it has established a record date and a meeting date for a special general meeting of its shareholders to provide updates on the company's current developments and growth for the fourth quarter and next fiscal year. The company further advises there will be no proxy vote to be held in conjunction with this meeting.

The special general meeting will be held via conference call on Monday, October 20^th, 2014. Call details will be issued to shareholders via direct mail shortly.

Only AppTech shareholders of record as shown on AppTech's register of members as of the close of business on Thursday, October 9^th, 2014, are entitled to notice of, the special general meeting or any adjournment thereof.
