Record Pre-Conference Workshop Attendance and New Product Innovations Highlight Vendavo Profit Summit 2016

B2B Pricing Leader Expands Product Portfolio With Advanced Cloud-Based Analytics Solution

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA --(Marketwired - April 18, 2016) - Vendavo, a leading provider of margin and profit optimization solutions, today opened Profit Summit, the leading B2B pricing event, with a 25 percent increase in customer attendance and 77 percent of total registrants attending pre-conference workshops. The event also introduced Vendavo Business Risk Alerts, a new business and sales intelligence tool that gives users data-driven, automated alerts that provide enhanced insight into the root causes of under-performing customers or products. Bruno Slosse, president and CEO of Vendavo, will kick off the first day of the event as keynote speaker, joined by key pricing executives from Siemens, Ford, Molex, Dell, and Sealed Air sharing their success stories.

"At its core, Profit Summit is about the sharing of insights to improve pricing strategies and business performance," Slosse said. "Each year we strive to spark conversations that lead to innovative solutions focused on our customers' biggest challenges. Our mission is to drive shareholder value for our customers. Profit Summit 2016's speakers, workshops, and product-based activities are solely dedicated to achieving that goal."

Profit Summit represents the unveiling of Vendavo's newest cloud analytics product, Business Risk Alerts. The solution utilizes historical transaction data to detect changes in customer or product key performance indicators that show increased business risk. This is the first in a series of cloud analytics solutions Vendavo plans to release, all leveraging data, algorithmic power, and business logic to drive measurable value.

In addition, attendees have access to over 35 sessions led by speakers from B2B Global 2000 leaders, such as 3M, Emerson, Analog Devices, and Medtronic, as well as industry thought leaders, including Gartner and Aberdeen Group. Sessions are grouped into four tracks: Value Realization, Pricing Excellence, Technical Success, and the newest track, Product Innovation, which provides a deep dive into the capabilities of Vendavo's suite of profit optimization solutions.

"I look forward to Profit Summit every year as a chance to learn how other companies use Vendavo's products to solve their pricing challenges, and how we can improve the ways we establish and maintain our pricing," added Brian Conrad, Director of Revenue Management at the Bemis Company. "From the presenter sessions to the workshops, Summit invariably provides valuable insights that lead to innovative pricing strategies."

Between sessions, conference patrons have the chance to speak with Vendavo experts and view real-time product demonstrations, including customized workshops to address customer needs directly.

Stephan Liozu, founder of Value of Innoruption Advisors, will kick off the final day of the summit as keynote speaker. Liozu, an expert on the power of pricing, will share real-life examples of companies using pricing in impactful ways to grow profitability.
