Klegg Set to Broadcast Five 30-Second Commercials During "The Contender" -- Millions Anticipated to Tune-in and View the "Klegg Mini"

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2006 -- Klegg Electronics, Inc. (OTC: KLGE) reports due to a record snowfall in the Northeast, "The Contender" has been rescheduled for TODAY at 9:00pm EST on ESPN2.

Klegg Electronics will be making a national broadcast appearance on ESPN's "The Contender." During this nationally televised fight, Klegg will run five 30-second commercials which will market their world's smallest color display MP3 player known as the "Klegg Mini." In these commercials, American Idol "Diva" Paula Abdul will market the company's high-end Klegg Mini. Management anticipates millions of viewers will watch top ranked boxers fight to reach a world title bout.

In addition to Klegg's commercials, Klegg Electronics' logo will be featured in the center ring. Banner adds will be posted throughout the stadium and World Boxing Champion Sugar Ray Leonard will be giving away Kleggs worlds smallest color display MP3 player to lucky seat members.

ESPN's first broadcast of "The Contender" saw more than 10,000 fans flock to the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. The televised bouts generated the highest ratings for a boxing telecast on the cable network in 10 years. Klegg management anticipates the roll over audience from the NFL Pro Bowl and large fan base from "The Contender" will help fuel a continued surge in sales.

The miniature MP3, which was recently featured on CBS and NBC, is approximately 1.8 inches in length, 1.6 inches in width and 1/2 inch thick. This color display MP3 player comes in three colors, metallic blue, metallic pink and pearl white. The miniature MP3 features 128/512 MB flash memory, playback photos, slide shows, one inch color display, voice recording with play, pause, fast forward, reverse, next track, previous track and shuffle play. Other features include 26-hour battery life, Li-ion rechargeable battery, CD Driver, software, headphones, FM tuner and 4,096 color display.
