Red Bend Software Names Alon Kleinman Executive Vice President for Research and Development

FRAMINGHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 28, 2006 --Red Bend Software, a leading provider of mobile software management technology, today announced Alon Kleinman has been promoted to executive vice president of research and development. Kleinman brings more than 15 years of technical experience to his new role, where he will oversee worldwide R&D efforts for the company. Kleinman, who joined Red Bend in 2001, was previously a system architect and software manager.

Prior to Red Bend, Kleinman was the CTO and general manager for Ubique, a leading developer of chat, presence and instant messaging solutions acquired by IBM. Before that, he held a senior technical position with Technomatix and was a research assistant with the Weizmann Institute of Science. Kleinman holds degrees in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute of Science.
