ABOUT DAVID CAMPITI
Campiti is well known in the industry, with a career that began in 1982 as a comic book writer, scripting such titles as Superman's adventures for DC. By the mid-1980s he had co-founded and was editing for what became Malibu Comics, which was later acquired by Marvel. Campiti co-created Malibu's top-selling launch title EX-MUTANTS, spawning a video game and other licensing and solidifying his early stake in transmedia. In 1988 Campiti founded his own comic book company, Innovation Publishing, which quickly grew to become the 4th largest comic book publisher in the country under his leadership. After leaving Innovation, Campiti founded Glass House Graphics in 1993. Starting as a small talent agency and professional service firm, it quickly went international and currently represents over 120 of the top artists, writers and animators in the graphics industry.
