Red Giant Unveils to Advertisers Plans for Massive Fifty-Two Million Circulation Comic Book Line

Company Begins Presales on Advertising for Innovative New Print Comics Line

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - Mar 11, 2013) - Red Giant Entertainment Inc. (OTCQB: REDG) began actively pre-selling advertising space in their upcoming revolutionary new print comic book line. First hinted at during their panel at last July's Comic-Con International: San Diego, the nation's largest comics and pop culture convention, they will soon begin circulating one million copies every week on traditional paper form.

"We've been putting all of the pieces in place for quite some time, and the time is right to begin with our ad sales," explained Red Giant COO David Campiti. "Our goal is to reach new audiences with our books. We've already achieved that online, but pulp publications are still a key component in the hearts and minds of so many. Traditional print comics are a true American invention, and there's still room for innovation in the medium."

Red Giant will produce four monthly books and one quarterly comic with a circulation of one million each, reaching a total monthly circulation of 4 to 5 million and an annual circulation of 52 million. Each book will feature two on-going stories by top creators for a total of eight titles. The exciting details and impressive creative teams on these titles will be revealed at a later date.

Key to this massive circulation is that each title will be distributed freely to readers. These books will be distributed across thousands of specialty retail locations across the United States, with distribution deals to be announced. There will be between 32 and 34 advertising pages in each book at a competitive CPM (Cost Per Thousand), giving a select few advertisers a concentrated impact within each giant-sized comic.

"We offer advertisers a unique opportunity," elaborated Red Giant CEO Benny Powell. "Comics are the only magazine where readers see nearly every page, because they have to read the stories sequentially. Further, comics are collected and reread, giving advertisers more impressions and a much longer shelf life than other print ads. And because our publications are free, we control our inventory and can virtually guarantee that each book will reach a potential consumer. Our goal is not to replace the cover price of comics in any way, however. Quite the opposite, in fact. We've seen at the box office that there's an immense audience for comic book properties, but few people are exposed to comics in their original form."

Red Giant Entertainment will not be reprinting its online content in this format, however. Each title will be new material and stories not found elsewhere. What's more, their ongoing webcomics will remain core development centers to supplement and support their line of Intellectual Properties.
