Red Hawk Casino Names John C. Filippe Vice President of Information Technology


PLACERVILLE, CA--(Marketwire - October 17, 2008) - Red Hawk Casino announced today that John Filippe has been named Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Filippe has more than 16 years of experience in the information technology field and has established operations for 26 casinos.

Mr. Filippe comes to Red Hawk Casino from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., where he served as director of information technology. During his tenure, Mr. Filippe instituted a system to support player tracking operations and provided technology for the opening of a new table games area.

Prior to joining the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Mr. Filippe held senior level positions with Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in Coarsegold, Calif. and Bally Gaming and Systems in Sparks, Nev. During this time, he directed the installation of new computer systems and was responsible for the analysis, maintenance and upgrades of slot data systems for more than 80 casinos.

Mr. Filippe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from American InterContinental University.
