Red Hawk Casino Names Terry Contreras Assistant General Manager


PLACERVILLE, CA--(Marketwire - November 12, 2008) - Red Hawk Casino announced today that Terry Contreras has been named Assistant General Manager. Mr. Contreras has 19 years of experience in the gaming industry and has held several finance-related positions at casinos throughout the country.

Mr. Contreras comes to Red Hawk Casino from Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, Calif., where he served as Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the casino including accounting, information systems and human resources.

Prior to joining Rolling Hills Casino, Mr. Contreras was a Vice President for Polaris Gaming Group, LLC, which helps develop and manage Native American casinos. During his time with Polaris, Mr. Contreras helped open Northern Quest Casino in Spokane, Wash. and Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, Calif.

Previously, Mr. Contreras held senior-level finance positions with three casinos, including: Spirit Mountain Casino in Willaminia, Ore.; Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.; and Westward Ho Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.

Mr. Contreras holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oregon State University.
