Red Rock Energy Inc. Announces Appointment of New CFO, Director; Files Audited Financial Statements

Red Rock Energy Inc. (NEX:RRK.H) ("Red Rock" or the "Company") announced today that it has appointed Ivan M. Matishak to its Board of Directors and to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Matishak has previously served Red Rock in these capacities and rejoins the Company after a professional hiatus.

The Company also announced today that, after appropriate review and approval by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, it has completed and filed with appropriate authorities the annual audited financial statements for the period ending March 31, 2016.
