Redhawk Files NI 43-101 Technical Report on its Copper Creek Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 9, 2006) - Redhawk Resources, Inc. (Redhawk) (TSX VENTURE:RDK)(FWB:QF7) is pleased to announce that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on on its Copper Creek Property located in Pinal County, Arizona. The report was prepared by Independent Mining Consultants, Inc. (IMC). A copy of the report can also be found on the Company's website at

John Marek and Herb Welhener of IMC are jointly responsible for the Copper Creek resource estimate. John Marek, President of IMC and Herb Welhener, Vice President of IMC are both independent Qualified Persons under NI 43-101.

The Technical Report discloses a resource calculation to which Redhawk referred in its September 19, 2006 news release.
