Leading Proactive Security Management Company Adds Kevin Mosher to Board


SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - May 23, 2012) - RedSeal Networks, the leading enterprise security management company, today announced the addition of Kevin Mosher to its already distinguished board of directors. Mosher brings more than 30 years of business leadership and a track record of success.

As part of RedSeal Networks' board of directors, Mosher will leverage his expertise in enterprise software to advance the company's commitment to exceptional network security products. Mosher will join the board of directors, including RedSeal Networks CEO Dr. Parveen Jain, Ray Rothrock of Venrock Associates, and Rhonda MacLean of MacLean Risk Partners.

Mosher scaled global sales operations at a variety of successful enterprise software companies including Delphix, HP, ArcSight and Portal Software. Mosher currently serves as executive vice president of worldwide field operations at Delphix, a provider of agile data management products. Previously, Mosher led worldwide field operations for ArcSight, the market leader in SIEM and Log Management, which was acquired by HP in 2010. Mosher drove sales at ArcSight from a few million to more than $400 million in annual sales, including the most successful IPO in Silicon Valley in 2008. Before ArcSight, Mosher served as senior vice president of sales at Portal Software, Inc., a provider of billing and customer management solutions. He grew global sales at Portal from one million to more than $300 million, including a successful IPO in 1999. Mosher began his sales career at Oracle, where he saw the company scale from tens of millions to more than one billion in annual sales. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in economics from the University of Connecticut.

Mosher also served as board member for Solidcore, which was acquired by McAfee in 2009.
