REE International Announces Appointment of Veteran Geologist Jose Padilla to Advisory Board

(PINKSHEETS: REEI) (the "Company"), a U.S. based mineral exploration company focused on the exploration and production of rare earth elements, today announces the appointment of Geologist Jose Padilla to the Company's advisory board effective immediately.

Mr. Jose Padilla has accumulated more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry as a geologist. Working primarily in South America, he has an extensive exploration track record comprised of mining projects in numerous countries, including Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana.
