Reed's, Inc. Announces Distribution Agreement With Savannah Distributing Co., Inc. of Georgia

Company Adds First Ever Mainstream Channel Direct Store Distributor in Georgia

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - February 22, 2011) - Reed's, Inc. (NASDAQ: REED) (OTCBB: REEDP), maker of top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, announced today that it has formed a distribution partnership with Savannah Distributing Co., Inc. Savannah distributing is a full-service direct store delivery distributor of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with two locations in Georgia. Savannah will undertake distribution of Reed's and Virgil's brands throughout the entire state of Georgia for all direct-to-store retail channels.
