Reed's, Inc. Announces Partnership With Beverage Network of Maryland

Maryland Based Beverage Distributor Covers Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 9, 2009) - Reed's, Inc. (NASDAQ: REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide announced today that it has formed a partnership with Jessup, Maryland based Beverage Network of Maryland. Beverage Network of Maryland distributes a variety of beverage products including Voss Water, Vernors Sodas, Welch's, Crush, Cintron Teas, Nesquick, Skinny Water and non-alcoholic beers.
