ReelTime.com Announces Joint Venture Partnership With Lightworks Program Distribution

Companies to Create Inspiration & Spirituality Internet Television Website

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - April 30, 2008) - ReelTime.com (PINKSHEETS: RLTR), the internet television network offering high quality "point, click and watch" video-on-demand, announced today that the company has partnered with Lightworks nXt, a unit of Lightworks Program Distribution incorporating Sandra Carter Global (LPD), to create an online entertainment website dedicated to Inspiration and Spirituality programming.

The new Inspiration & Spirituality co-branded site draws on a mix of programming and technology expertise. With over a thousand hours of high-quality, award-winning and diversified television programming, LPD's programs have a footprint in the spirituality marketplace, among others like entertainment and lifestyle, and have aired on such major broadcast networks as Hallmark Channel, the BBC, ABC Australia, The History Channel, Discovery, A&E and other major outlets around the world. And on the technology front, the site will use ReelTime's IRDS delivery platform and be its own dedicated internet television destination offering a vast library of both long and short form content to viewers worldwide. All programming will also be available to subscribers at ReelTime.com.

Beverly Zaslow, President of ReelTime.com, commented, "This partnership is the result of 2 year-long discussions between Lightworks and ReelTime and represents a positive and important joint venture between our companies. The Spirituality and New Age marketplace accounts for $44 billion in spending by about 40 million people in America alone, so we believe a co-branded channel is the perfect way to bring spirituality to people all around the world." Zaslow continued, "By offering a wide range of inspirational programming, we hope to help those who want to broaden and deepen their inner lives so they can understand the history, rituals, and traditions of all paths and faiths."

John Cuddihy, President of LPD stated, "It is great to see this project come to fruition. Mat Tombers, Executive Vice President of Lightworks nXt, a new division of LPD has been a driving force in shaping this partnership and bringing all the right parties together. I couldn't be more thrilled."

"Lightworks nXt is delighted to be able to work with ReelTime, with their superior streaming technology," added Mat Tombers. "Inspiration and Spirituality is just the first of several channels we hope to launch with ReelTime."
