Reflectent Ends First Quarter by More Than Doubling Year Over Year Revenue Growth

Company Attributes Success to New Customers, New Suite of EdgeSight Products and Formal Performance Partner Program

WESTFORD, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 12, 2006 -- Reflectent Software, developer of the industry's most widely deployed end-user application performance management solutions, today announced recent highlights of the company's successful first quarter. The company experienced a first quarter 2006 during which revenue more than doubled over achievement in the first quarter 2005. This most recent quarter also marked the company's fifth consecutive quarter of growth.

Reflectent secured contracts with several new customers including Hitachi Data Systems, SAP, Sullivan and Cromwell, and Synovus Financial as well as additional orders from Partners HealthCare, PETCO and other leading enterprise accounts. The company also attributed its market momentum to the successful launch of its EdgeSight™ 4.0 platform, including EdgeSight for Desktops and EdgeSight for Citrix Presentation Server, as well as a strategic partner program aimed at the Citrix market.

Customer Momentum across Key Industries

Reflectent saw increased demand for its EdgeSight offerings across several industries including financial services customer Synovus Financial. Two leading high technology companies, Hitachi Data Systems and SAP selected Reflectent's EdgeSight to better manage application performance from the user perspective, and the legal firm of Sullivan and Cromwell chose Reflectent to support the needs of thousands of distributed employees.

The company also had tremendous success within retail, highlighted by the recent announcement with PETCO Animal Supplies. PETCO chose EdgeSight to gain visibility into the performance of a range of off-the-shelf and internally developed applications. Within the healthcare sector, Partners HealthCare, an existing Reflectent customer, is rolling out EdgeSight enterprise-wide to ensure performance for its more than 25,000 supported users.

EdgeSight Suite Enables End-to-End Application Performance Management

With the launch of EdgeSight 4.0, Reflectent's newest product release provides a highly configurable and open platform for application performance visibility and problem diagnostics. EdgeSight 4.0 allows customers to understand application performance from an end-user perspective regardless of application delivery method and capture run-time diagnostic data regardless of user location or connectivity.

Specifically, the EdgeSight suite of products includes EdgeSight for Desktops, an end-user performance management solution designed to optimize application performance and accelerate application support in Windows environments, and EdgeSight for Citrix Presentation Server™, which enables Citrix administrators to manage session-level performance and plan capacity across Citrix Presentation Server infrastructures. This suite of products allows Reflectent customers to support and better ensure performance of custom, off-the-shelf, thick client, Web-based and server-based application types.

Performance Partner Program

Reflectent launched a formal partner program early in the first quarter to enable the Citrix reseller channel to leverage Reflectent's innovative performance management product for Citrix Presentation Server environments. The program helps channel partners maximize their effectiveness in meeting the growing market demand for improved application performance management by providing partners with access to the full complement of tools and resources to market, sell and successfully integrate Reflectent EdgeSight products.
