Reflectent Software Extends Performance Management to Citrix Environments

Solution Simultaneously Analyzes Citrix Server and Per-Session Data, Improving Application Performance by Providing Rapid Problem Identification and Resolution

WESTFORD, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 3, 2005 -- Reflectent Software, provider of the most widely deployed end-user systems management solution among the Fortune 1000, today announced availability of EdgeSight™ for Citrix Presentation Server™, an end-to-end performance management solution for Citrix® environments that enables rapid problem resolution and effective capacity planning. The new product, which facilitates simultaneous analysis of both the Citrix server and the Citrix end-user device, further strengthens Reflectent's performance management offerings which now include support for custom, off-the-shelf, Web and Citrix applications.

The new product is based on Reflectent EdgeSight™, the company's end-user systems management solution, which is deployed on more than 100,000 desktops at leading companies including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, World Savings, Fiducia, Georgia-Pacific and Partners HealthCare.

EdgeSight for Citrix Presentation Server allows companies to quickly analyze and diagnose application and system performance problems for Citrix user sessions. Additionally, Citrix administrators are able to easily understand Citrix server performance and determine capacity requirements. The solution provides context by analyzing application performance from the end-user's perspective in conjunction with system or application performance for a specific session on a Citrix server.
