Regal Completes Technical Report on Patagonia (Sunnyside) Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 12, 2011) - Regal Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Regal") (CNSX:RGR), announces the completion of a Technical Report (the "Report") on its Patagonia (Sunnyside) property (the "Property") near Nogales, Arizona. The Report references the historical work completed on the Property, identifies possible drill targets, areas of interest and a proposed work program. The Report has been electronically filed with regulators by the Company and is available for viewing through the Internet at the SEDAR website ( under the Company's issuer profile.

This report marks a milestone for the Company, as it chronicles completion of the due diligence phase on the Property. The due diligence phase also included previously completed assaying and re-logging of 10,668M (35,000 feet) of core, geochemical testing, geophysics and sampling for precious metal centers. Management is encouraged by the findings to date and will now proceed with drilling the Property upon receiving the necessary permits from the US Forest Service.
