Regal Entertainment Group and Accruent Featured at NRTA 2007 Annual Conference

Executives Cover the Importance of Effectively Controlling the New Store Development Process to Prevent Negative Operational Impact of Delays

SANTA MONICA, CA--(Marketwire - September 11, 2007) - Accruent, Inc., the leading provider of Real Estate Performance Management (RPM) solutions, today announced that Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) and Accruent will jointly lead a course at the National Retail Tenants Association's (NRTA) 2007 Annual Conference. Titled, "The Store is On Track for a Smooth Landing!," the class is scheduled for Monday, September 17 at 8:30 a.m. The annual NRTA event will be held at the JW Marriott Starr Pass in Tucson, Arizona on September 16 - 19.

The course, conducted by Nancy Nitzberg, director of real estate resources at Regal and Bart Waldeck, Accruent's vice president of product strategy and product marketing, will educate attendees about the benefits of effectively managing the deal management and new store development process including identifying, developing, and opening new locations. Nitzberg and Waldeck will also share insights on how to optimize these key segments of the real estate lifecycle.
