(CNSX:RGR) (the "Company" or "Regal") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants, which entitle the purchase of an aggregate 1,250,000 common shares of Regal Resources at a per share price of $0.14 for a period of five years. Shares which may be acquired upon the exercise of the options will be subject to a hold period until March 3, 2013, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
