Relay Taps Lisa Herman to Lead Client Delivery Efforts as Growth in Client and Customer Base Expands

RADNOR, PA--(Marketwired - Apr 14, 2014) - Relay (www.relaynetwork.com), a technology company connecting brands and people through direct mobile communication, announced today the addition of Lisa Herman to its leadership team. Most recently the Global Head of Product Development for Citi's prepaid card (electronic payments) division, Lisa will lead Relay's client delivery team, which is responsible for the seamless implementation, support and optimization of client programs. These programs help businesses and organizations get and keep more customers through improved communication.

As Head of Global Product Development for Citi® Prepaid Cards, Lisa was responsible for all aspects of design and delivery for new and existing products. Additionally, Lisa helped drive the business' strategic goals through the introduction of new or additional benefits to satisfy the needs of existing and prospective clients. In her role, she provided team leadership, talent development and resource planning for the group. Prior to this position, Lisa served as the Head of Implementation and Client Delivery in North America and Project Manager for Global Expansion, allowing Citi to provide market-leading products and services to over 400 leading corporations and public sector agencies globally.

Prior to her positions at Citi, Lisa was a foundational team member at Ecount, Inc., an entrepreneurial venture formed by Relay co-founders Matt Gillin and Paul Raden that led the digital payment revolution. At Ecount, Lisa built out the company's Implementation and Relationship Management teams, driving the business to an industry-leading position that ultimately resulted in its successful acquisition by Citigroup.
