(OTCBB:RLIA) made it official today by announcing that the Company will begin shipping its new Adiri® NxGen® baby bottles to its initial Official Retail Launch Partners in Q1 of 2013 in anticipation of its Official Q2 2013 Consumer Launch. The announcement was made following six months of preparation and face to face meetings with various potential retail partners including the Company's official introduction of its new Adiri® NxGen® brand of baby bottles to major retailers this past October at the ABC KIDS EXPO in Louisville, Kentucky.

The first shipment of Adiri® products to a USA based retail partner will be to the Company's "Direct Response" TV retail partner. ReliaBrand entered into an exclusive worldwide agreement with Ideal Marketing in July, 2012 to create, develop, fulfill and execute the Adiri® NxGen® Direct Response Television campaign. Ideal Marketing and its principals have been responsible for creating numerous successful direct response TV campaigns that have resulted in millions of dollars in sales of a variety of past products. Consumers will be educated on the unique features and benefits of the new Adiri® NxGen® via short-format television advertisements and be able to purchase the products directly through designated telephone and website fulfilment centers.
