Remedent Confirms the Filing of Its 10-K Report for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2015 and Its Return to Profitability

GHENT, BELGIUM--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2015) - Remedent, Inc. (OTCBB: REMI), an international company specializing in research, development, and manufacturing of oral care and cosmetic dentistry products, announces the filing of its 10-K report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015.

Remedent is completing its turnaround. Net sales for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015 were up by 39.5% compared to net sales for the year ending March 31, 2014; our second profitable year in a row.

Where profitability for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2014 was achieved by a capital transaction, the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015 is profitable on an operational level. As a result, our auditors have agreed to the removing of the going concern statement.

The highlights of the 2015 fiscal year include the successful launch of Smile Me, our Design and Communication software suite, the successful incorporation of our Implants division and our partnership with Vitaldent Spain and the full repayment of our Fortis Credit Line.

Additionally, Remedent will be embarking on a renewed marketing program launching our newly developed 3D Cosmetic Software, which we have been working on over the past years.

This effort will allow us to increase both revenues and earnings and further improve our balance sheet.
