Remedent Confirms the Filing of Its 10-K Report for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2016

GHENT, BELGIUM--(Marketwired - June 29, 2016) - Remedent, Inc. (OTCBB: REMI), an international company specializing in research, development, and manufacturing of oral care and cosmetic dentistry products, announces the filing of its 10-K report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.

Our 10-K report will be available as of Wednesday June 29, 2016 at 4:05 pm EST. Net sales for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016 in Euro are EUR2,397,814 as compared to EUR2,450,921 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015.

Net income for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016 increased to $160,802 as compared to $105,159 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. The increase of 53% is due to improved pricing and reduced costs.
