RemedyMD Expands Executive Leadership Team With the Addition of Kathi Brown

New Vice President of Research Management Systems, Kathi Brown, Has a Strong Background in Medical Research

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - March 31, 2011) -  RemedyMD announced today that Kathi Brown has joined its team as the Vice President of Research Management Systems. She will be primarily responsible for marketing and selling Investigate™, RemedyMD's flagship research management product.

Investigate™ is a new type of research management system that is data-driven, fully configurable to the characteristics of an individual lab and contains a fully integrated LIMS, Electronic Lab Notebook, Study Management, and Experiment Design application all seamlessly integrated with Mosaic™, RemedyMD's revolutionary data management platform. It was designed in conjunction with the Blood Research Institute of Wisconsin and has now been deployed at other research institutions.

Kathi has a diverse background in Medical Capital Equipment Sales and Health Care Related Services. Prior to joining RemedyMD, she worked as the National Sales Manager for Med One Medical, Inc. As an Executive Account Manager for Behring Diagnostics, Kathi negotiated multi-line diagnostic equipment sales with large medical buying groups. She worked at Caremark as one of 40 individuals hired to initiate the start-up of their Women's Health Division. Her career began with Leica, Inc. where she had the privilege of working with some of the most notable scientists and researchers.
