MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct. 1, 2013) - On Tuesday October 1st, the GotGinch 2013 Cross-Canada Underwear Drive RV arrives at Welcome Hall Mission. It's the 9th stop in Brent King (GotGinch founder), Robb Price (DeliverGood founder) and Gabriela Ostendorfer's (Need Knickers founder) delivery of 50,000 pairs of men and women's underwear to 10 homeless shelters in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax.
"Underwear is one of those items that many of us take for granted. I suspect that it is one of the first luxuries given up on the way to the street, perhaps it should be the first to be restored in recovery. Poverty and homelessness is a complex problem with a number of contributing factors. I'm a simple guy, I felt I could best help by focusing on solving one problem." - Brent King (GotGinch founder)
