REMINDER: Docea Power Covers ESL Solutions for Low Power Design at ICCAD

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - November 8, 2010) -

Who /What
Sylvian Kaiser, Docea Power Co-Founder and CTO, will talk about Electronic System Level (ESL) Solutions for Low Power Design during International Conference on Computer-Aided Design (ICCAD). The Docea presentation is part of the System Level Design - An Industrial Perspective tutorial.

When/Where:
8:30am - 12:00pm, Tuesday, November 9, 2010
DoubleTree Hotel, Oak Ballroom
San Jose, CA

Abstract:
Power consumption has become one of the major concerns in today's integrated circuit design, and especially for SoC development where numerous heterogeneous functions are integrated in a single chip. In this context, system architects are challenged to identify power issues early in the design flow from a complex set of use scenarios. This tutorial will cover how to address this challenge by deploying a modeling framework that enables low power techniques exploration. Examples will show results that a system designer can expect using the framework.
