WHAT:    The Forum on Chinese Trade and Investment in the Great Lakes
         Region. More than 200 government and business leaders from the
         United States and the People's Republic of China will meet in
         Chicago to sign major, new U.S.-sourced purchase agreements and
         explore additional opportunities for new Chinese investment in
         the Great Lakes region.
