Reminder: Homeland Safety Intl. Releases Updated Information Disclosure Statement and Annual Financials

IRVING, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 26, 2007 -- Homeland Safety International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HSFI) (www.homelandsafetyintl.com) announced today the posting of its revised Information Statement and annual financials on www.Pinksheets.com. The Company stated that their new Information Statement has been completely revised to reflect the expanded direction of the Company into a broad based sales organization in the worldwide homeland security sector.

The Company further stated that although their sales numbers reflected continued growth, several potentially large contracts slipped out of the quarter and are expected to close in the near future.
