REMINDER/Media Advisory: CLC Executive Vice-President to Celebrate Labour Day in Victoria

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 5, 2016) - CLC Executive Vice-President, Marie Clarke Walker, will be speaking at the Labour Day event in Victoria, hosted by the Victoria and District Labour Council.

Walker will speak to how Canadian unions won an expanded Canada Pension Plan and how they are working to win a ban on asbestos. She will also highlight the need for more good jobs and an end to precarious work.
