QUÉBEC CITY, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Nov. 18, 2014) - Members of the media are invited to attend CMHC's annual Québec Housing Outlook Conference.

CMHC's experienced analysts will provide an overview of upcoming trends:

  • After outlining the events and issues that will affect supply and demand on the housing markets, our Senior Economist will present the provincial forecasts and also highlight the regional outlook.
  • The residential real estate market has been easing for some time. What fundamentals will shape the Québec area housing markets in 2015? Will demand be significant?
  • The major trends observed in the Québec area conceal some nuances among the different districts. Which sectors stand out? Where is residential construction active? Are there any new densification trends?
