TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 18, 2016) - The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science, will make a national announcement identifying the winning individual for the NSERC Science Promotion Award. She will be joined by Dr. B. Mario Pinto, President of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
Before the announcement at the Ontario Science Centre, Minister Duncan and Dr. Pinto will join with the award winner to conduct a demonstration of space related science before an audience of school children. Members of the media are invited to attend. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in at the reception desk.
