Reminder - MEDIA ADVISORY -- Skyscapes: Exhibition of Paintings at Los Angeles International Airport Explores the Heavens

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - July 16, 2007) -


WHAT:    Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and the City of Los Angeles
         Department of Cultural Affairs will showcase Skyscapes, an art
         exhibition of paintings by four Los Angeles artists at Los Angeles
         International Airport (LAX). The works address ancient
         cosmological beliefs, contemporary earthbound realities of Los
         Angeles, human interaction with the sky, and space and
         spirituality.

         The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs administers
         and provides curatorial services for the Arts Exhibits Program at
         LAX and LA/Ontario International Airports. The purpose of the
         Arts Exhibits Program is to educate and entertain the traveling
         public while emphasizing a cultural experience that highlights
         what makes Los Angeles unique and interesting.
