TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 5, 2011) - On April 5, 2011, Unilever Canada and Bullfrog Power will make an historic renewable energy announcement at the Unilever Canada Bramalea Plant. Media are invited to learn about this industry-leading initiative in Canadian consumer packaged goods and enjoy a bullfrogpowered® lunch created using ingredients from some of Unilever Canada's best-loved brands. Tours of the Bramalea Plant will be available following lunch for interested media. Unilever Canada Vice President and General Counsel, John Coyne, Unilever North America Supply Leader, Godfrey Lee, and Bullfrog Power President, Tom Heintzman will be available to answer questions about the announcement and talk about Unilever Canada's commitment to sustainability. Ontario Minister of the Environment, The Honourable John Wilkinson will be in attendance.
