Will present "A New Solution to Sensing Scheme Issues Revealed" at the TSMC 2015 Open Innovation Platform® (OIP) Ecosystem Forum. In his presentation, Dr. Hsu will describe a new patent-pending sensing scheme to eliminate random dopant variation. He will show results and discuss potential uses of this memory scheme.
