REMINDER/Mont Saint-Sauveur International: Jay Peak Sold to American Investors

SAINT-SAUVEUR, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 2, 2008) - Mont Saint-Sauveur International is pleased to announce the sale of the Jay Peak Resort in Vermont. The new owner is QResorts, a company made up of a small group of investors headed by Bill Stenger, president of Jay Peak since 1984. The terms of the sale are not disclosed.

Mont Saint-Sauveur International owned Jay Peak since 1978. Under the new ownership, Jay Peak will continue to benefit from the experience and knowledge of Bill Stenger, while receiving additional capital for its expansion.

Operating in Quebec and in the Hull/Ottawa region, Mont Saint-Sauveur International owns six (6) ski resorts, two (2) water parks, a campground and a forest adventure course. The company will invest the proceeds of the Jay Peak sale into the development of its leisure and real estate activities. "Our strategy remains the same - to find new markets by acquring existing businesses or starting new ventures" said Louis Dufour, President and Chief Executive Officer of MSSI.

Mr. Dufour also mentioned the opportunities available to MSSI and the potential that Quebec leisure has to offer. With the sale of Jay Peak, MSSI will concentrate on its principal markets, which are the Laurentians and the Ottawa region. MSSI remains open to all business opportunities that are in keeping with its business plan and mission.
