WHAT:    PetSmart Charities will introduce its new Texas spay/neuter
         initiative and unveil its plans for a multi-million dollar
         investment in Dallas.  One of the first grant recipient
         organizations, KittiCo Cat Rescue, will share its plans to benefit
         the pets of Dallas and will host office tours at its
         newly-expanded spay/neuter clinic.
