Reminder: StarNet Interactive, Inc. Completes Spinoff From Gteko, Ltd and Closes Series A Funding

WILIMINGTON, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 15, 2006 -- StarNet Interactive, Inc., a leading on-line tween community site, announced today the completion of its spinoff from Gteko Ltd. Gteko was recently acquired by Microsoft Corp. StarNet Interactive also announced the closing of a Series A Funding led by Leo Capital Holdings, LLC.

StarNet Interactive owns and operates the KiddoNet™ ( and GirlSense™ ( websites, popular tween girl on-line community sites. These 100% COPPA-compliant sites offer tween girls high quality content and web tools that enable their users to create their own content and virally communicate with friends. The combined sites have approximately 900,000 monthly unique visitors and over 10 million registered members.

Leo Capital Holdings led the $2.7 million Series A round. Joining Leo in the round was Cathy Glazer, CEO and Founder, and other former shareholders of Gteko.
