REMINDER/Welcome Hall Mission: Eleven Years of Thanksgiving With the Alouettes!

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 13, 2008) - You are cordially invited to our Thanksgiving dinner which will be served by The Alouettes players to 250 of Montreal's disadvantaged and homeless people at Welcome Hall Mission's Men's Mission.

Date: Monday October 13, 2008

Place: 1490 St-Antoine Street West, Montreal

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Much more than a tradition, our 11 consecutive years of Thanksgiving dinners with the Montreal Alouettes are an opportunity for the players to give encouragement, a word of hope and a smile to our city's most destitute and excluded.

Ville-Marie Mayor Benoit Labonte will be attending this special event.

Anthony Calvillo and Avon Cobourne are among the players who hold the Mission close to their hearts. Having overcome challenging events in his personal life, Anthony Calvillo has returned triumphantly to the field, leading the Alouettes to first place in the CFL east division. The September "player of the month" is intricately involved with Welcome Hall Mission and will have a word of encouragement for Montreal's less fortunate.

Looking forward to a great turnout!
